The best information I can find, to date, is that Airport Surface Detection Equipment (ASDE) is installed in 35 airfields in the USA:

ADW (Andrews AFB), ANC, ATL, BOS, BWI, CLE, CLT, CVG, DCA, DFW, DEN, DTW, EWR, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAS, LAX, LGA, MCI, MEM, MIA, MSP, MSY, OKC (FAA Academy), ORD, PDX, PHL, PIT, SAN, SDF, SEA, SFO, SLC, STL

The use is limited to high activity airports. The FAA is testing some lower costs ASDE, but there is no likelihood of installation, any time soon.
