You certainly received enough feedback in that thread - why do you feel the need to solicit more? If WN causes you so much angst, fly another carrier. But don't clutter up this forum with multiple threads on the same issue. Of course, you could always threaten to sue them (after all, you said your time is money to you), as you've threatened to do with other travel providers. Your act is getting real old, real fast.
