The new tire has held up for a couple of training sessions now, so that's good. I decided that I was trying to increase mileage too much, too fast, so I've gone out for a couple of easy 5 mile pushes with no wrist pain so far.
Next week I'm in AMS and MUC for 2 weeks and I figure all those cobblestones will give me the workout I need.
