ditto this. There is nothing, repeat nothing wrong in SF, let a lone at SFO (15 miles South). Power was off this am in parts of the city of Napa, its now back on at my mom's house in Browns Valley, and I think everywhere else. Tomorrow, everything will be back to normal, other than a few buildings in downtown Napa that have to be condemned, and a few houses in the hills that slid off their foundations (same results).

But its like any other localized issue, like a wildfire, or landslide, etc. You call, explain you were impacted, they usually cut you a break.
