It appears you did not buy a new ticket, you instead changed the original ticket, hence the $150.00 change fee. If this was a revenue ticket, the change fee should have been $200.00. When you reissue a ticket, there is no 24
hour change/cancel option.

Am I understanding the situation correctly?
