This is the rebadged Holiday Inn Cairns, on the opposite end of The Esplanade shops and GBR departures terminal from the Hilton. Close to the Convention Centre, Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and un impeded views of the ocean in oceanfront rooms, no weekend noise from the Casino (blocked views from a new hotel and casino noise can be issues for some at the Hilton). Reviews indicate rooms over the delivery area can be subject to noise.
The property is curvaceous and built around a "rainforest atrium", and the theme is carried on by The Atrium (Mediterranean theme food) restaurant. There are a business centre, fitness centre and pool.
