I need to spend the night at HIA airport hotel-will have all my luggage from my inbound flight into Doha-and depart the next morning on a 7:30 Qatar flight to Nairobi.

1) Should I book the hotel using their on-line website OR book with my travel agent here in the USA. I have read that some folks have problems booking on line?

2) What is the distance from baggage claim to the hotel? I do have some mobility issues, but will have wheeled luggage. Would I be able to have assistance helping me from baggage claim to hotel?

3) Since I will have to check in for my 7:30am morning flight with my luggage how far is Departure check in from the hotel? Again, wonder if I would be able to have assistance? ALSO, wondering how much time approximately I should allow for this? Three hours?

Thank you for any replies to my questions. This is the first time I will be using Qatar (normally fly British Airways) and all the above is very new to me. I am not a helpless traveler at all, but would like to have idea what challenges I may be facing this year. I will be traveling early October. And darn, looks like I won't have the pleasure of visiting the new lounges with my time constraints

P.S. I will be flying Business Class if that makes any difference in checking in on outbound flight?
