Sorry, i can't comment on that particular property. Having stayed in CPT half a dozen times it doesn't seem like a particularly convenient location, but it obviously depends on what you're looking for.

Personally, when staying in CPT, I either try to book a hotel near the V&A Waterfront / near the beach (e.g. the Radisson Blu Hotel) or one of the many (boutiuque) hotels near the vineyards.
