While not at home presently, I am from close to the epic center. Best from reports I have received from family, the damage is contained in a very limited area around Napa. SFO is 50 or so miles away and reports are no damage or issues for San Francisco or SFO area. There would be no reason to provide any sort of waiver -- expect maybe for those planning on visit Napa or area wineries. Napa authorities are advising most business / hotels / wineries will be operating normally on Monday.

6.0 is definitively a significant shake but for most of California should not be too much of an issue.
