Elite Tier Bonus on COS bonus?
I have never traveled on a revenue ticket above Flex so never ran across this before. Are you supposed to get the Elite tier bonus miles on COS bonus?

I recently had an itin booked in Y (Latitude) for 2 AC segments, and Business for a United segment.
I received 25% bonus on AC and 50% bonus on the UA. They showed up as additional AQM entries on my profile.
I have received my Elite bonus AP miles for the base AQMs but not the COS miles. Should I get them for the COS miles?
