As others have said, the only place I recall having it was LHR and I believe it was a relic of the AC/CP times in the early 2000s. I think the SE lounge was the old CP lounge made accessible through the AC lounge.

It was nothing special other than a little more quiet. I don't recall there being a higher level of amenities, but I was only there once.
