I haven't stayed at Bellagio in a while, but didn't know the VIP lounge was available for anything but RFB comps. They are pretty strict about this even for their regular gamblers - one time my host incorrectly put in my comp as only the penthouse room (rather than penthouse RFB) and I was told I could not check-in there, and they were quite rude about it, too! Just another of many reasons I don't stay/gamble at Bellagio anymore.
