We have tried doing different things on an 8hr stop over and have settled on the Ambassador Transit Hotel.Here you can relax in comfort on a bed and have a refreshing shower whenever you feel like one.

Just remember though you don't clear immigration so you can't pick up checked in luggage so make sure you have enough clothes in your carry on bag.
