Last Sunday I was on an MKE-DFW flight on which a very good dinner was served. I was an upgrade but was sitting next to someone who regularly flies the route in paid F. She cared enough to have pre-ordered her meal, and was appalled to learn that there would be no more meals on that flight after Sep 1. She is a very good AA customer who is now at risk because of this short-sighted cheapness.
