Will AA open up domestic (SAAver) flight to connect to long-haul CX award flight?
I'm looking at CX F availability ORD to Asia. CX has award availability.

However, first I have to get to ORD. AA has flights but no saver award availability to get me to ORD.

Would AA typically open up award space in a such a situation?
