I think this may be a case of much ado about nothing. If they are fixing things in the background, then I would think they will fix everything up for the people before their flights. I guess if I was flying next week I would be concerned, but unless you actually get an email from them, spending hours and hours on the phone with the airlines and cheaptickets sounds like a real waste of time.
