Longtime AA flyer here, on my first USAir flight (SFO-CLT) in ages. How do you not have any power outlets on a cross country flight? I even have an adapter - but they look at me like I'm asking for turndown service here.

At this rate I can do about an hour of work and then look out the window.

Even the oldest AA birds have some sort of power outlet. Painful.
