I can request a King bed for $5, a high floor for $15, and a harbor view for $19.

Is the Harbor View worth it?
I'm staying at this hotel right now and as a Gold received a Harbour View room with exec lounge access when I'd booked the cheapest city view room, here for 10 nights too so they are very generous. Had the same upgrade this time last year so I think they are pretty consistent. A nice hotel and a good exec lounge ^

The Harbour View rooms have a spectacular view (and I love just watching all the big cruise ships move in and out) although you can hear the noise from Senor Frogs on a Friday and Saturday evening into the early hours so not good if you're after an early night.
