I just answered my own question about the cost for Gold Departure service.

How much does each service cost per person?
The Arrivals Gold Service is available for US$55 (AED 200), the Arrivals Silver Service is US$27 (AED 100), the Transit Gold Service is US$89 (AED 325), and the Departure Gold Service is $68 (AED 250).
