I have no idea why you weren't given lounge access unless your rate and/or booking channel didn't meet their criteria (such as if it was a nonpublished rate). If you booked through an Accor site, then you should have been given access including breakfast.
I get lounge access BUT only evening cocktail hour (17.30-18.30).
This benefits FD agent (Tiffany) tell me that her extend this benefits to me.
I'm really confuse when she said like that.
I book with accor website.
Dose accor policy about room upgrade to club level room get all benefits of room ?
