so I said "medium rare" just after I ordered it and the waiter frowned a bit (wasnt sure what that meant). It is actually though a very very flat piece of meat so I am not sure they can really cook it to order (see pic). It was quite tasty though. (I might ask for double portion of chips on Tuesday as ran out of them half-way through the steak).
