Not sure if this will work for a 241 but if it does it may be an option for you as it's what I did...

Go out on BA and come back on QF. Similar flight time but when I did this last year, they opened check in a bit earlier and you then have use of the EK F lounge which is something to behold (albeit entirely and outrageously OTT).

You also get to fly on a 380 AND make use of the limo service at both ends...

Just an idea.....
