We had a King suite and a twin room. Not sure what you mean by Children's sized, but they are standard twin beds. My kids are 16 and 17, 5'7 and 5'9 and they slept in them just fine. I have slept in a twin bed before as well at 6'0. I'd rather have a King, but I can certainly sleep in a twin.
