So finally found a Giant , bought a MC Gift Card , was charged $ 5.95 fee. It is a printed card says DEBIT. No PIN creation instructions...
If there are no PIN instructions in very fine print on a card insert, you'll need to call the number on the back of the card to find out the assigned PIN, and change it if desired.
