I had the same problem. There is no way of doing online check in or selecting the seats. The only way of doing so is at the airport, by that time you might not even have your desired seats.

This is the disadvantage of flying codeshare with Jet Airways, which doesnt even connect it systems to its codeshare partners. You cant do online checkin, cant select your seats
