I bought tickets from WAS - BOM on Etihad but marketed by Jet airways. I have the Jet airways PNR number and the eTicket number so I can manage by booking on their site, but Jet does not allow seat assignments on the etihad operated flights. How do I do seat assignments for such a flight.

I tried using the same PNR number on ETIHAD site but that does not work.
Help
