My vote would be for "dealing with airport staff" and this seems to be missing from the list.

When I last checked, most people said "Waiting on the runway." Would you rather be waiting on the runway or, not sure if you could get an upgrade, not sure if you could get on a flight, or worst yet, lies, more lies and even more lies about flight problems.
