Hi everybody, I've read a lot of threads and I'm pretty sure that I know the answer to this, but I'd like to put it to the experts here just to be on the safe side.

If an Executive Club (Blue) member books a BA reward flight for another member (Silver status), do they have to book a flight for themselves? Or can they just book a flight for the other member?

If so, who has control over the booking? i.e. can the Silver status member select seats for themselves shortly after the booking is confirmed?

Pretty basic stuff I know, but I would be grateful for confirmation. As always thanks for your responses.
