I have 2 different hotel experience for platinum benefits
1.Novotel platinum bangkok
=> Booking for standard room with NO BF
=> upgrade to club room and get all club benefits and breakfast
2.Pullman pattaya hotel G
=> Booking for standard room with NO BF
=> Previously (five month ago) get upgrade to club room with club benefits and breakfast at lounge
!! But this time upgrade to club room but NO BF ???? (FD said hotel change policy)

IIRC platinum benefits can access lounge.
Why i can't have breakfast at lounge????
