Additionally, the location did not properly record the miles on return and apparently at pickup either. I did not drive over 1000 miles during my 10 hour rental period. Miles were under-recorded at return by 12 miles from the actual miles on the odometer.
As I noted above, this location intentionally misrepresents the mileage on their vehicles, most likely to make the fleet look much newer than it is. Believe it or not, 20k miles IS low mileage for this location. Lowest I've had at this location is 6k. Highest I've seen is 60k. Most of the cars I've had are around 40k.
The failure of the location to respond to my concerns, and with the attitude I was given last time I addressed these concerns in person, I have stopped renting from this location.
