I just filed a complaint. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours with Cheaptickets' supervisor.
Similar to other posts, Cheapticket wants to just refund me my fare (which will take 45 days!) and be done with it.
I don't think that's fair at all and want further compensation; I have incremental trips out of HK planned and booked.
