So nothing has changed even though HHonors have told you Citi informed HHonors that would be on the 2nd statement.

It has to be Citi's issue because everyone who had contacted HHonors was told HHonors did not see the 60K from Citi.

Just talked to Citi, and was given the script of "bonus would be posted in 4 to 6 weeks" from the 1st statement closed, where it showed the cardholder had met the spend and earned the 60000 bonus.

Can't get pass the first rep to get to a supervisor / manager to initiate a conference call with HHonors as the rep readily said HHonors would NOT see the 60000 pts until 4 to 6 weeks after 1st statement.

Also to avoid confusion that happened to the other poster that Citi "investigation" came back to tell him already got the bonus but on the 1st card - may be we all should X the first cards.
