Flew with my son BOS-SEA-YVR a couple of weeks ago. Going from a hockey tournament to another one and his sticks were not put on the plane in Boston therefore weren't in Vancouver when we got there.

Because the sticks were needed next day Horizon (carrier from SEA to YVR) classed this as a necessary item and agreed to compensate for a new stick.

Check for $275 showed up today!

In this day and age of trying to get a toothbrush reimbursed just wanted to give them a public thanks!
