On a multi-citiy ticket where the first leg is a shuttle flight from LGA to BOS, which does not allow seat assignments (this is not a big deal). The problem here is that since the first leg is open seating, the Check In / My Trip screen will not let me select seats for the second leg of the trip XXX-ATL which is a non shuttle flight. FML
