If you're going to the Amalfi Coast and not staying on islands like Capri and Ischia, I would suggest that you consider getting a rental car to explore the villages in the area plus Pompeii.
It might make sense to add the AZ flight to NAP but domestic AZ flights are coach only. The last time I was in the area, I connected into NAP from CDG on AF, one flight per day IIRC.
If you can, avoid the main Naples train station. It's notorious for pickpockets and worse. This is also true for much of Naples itself. Instead, most trains stop at a smaller and almost suburban station almost along the coast just north of Naples. From here, it's easy to get to an alternate pier for hydrofoil service to the islands and IIRC down to Sorrento. I *think* the name of the place you want is something like Naples Marguerita but it should be pretty obvious.
NAP was recently redone. It can be a long taxi ride from downtown, including the main train station and the hydrofoil/ferry terminals down the hill from it. There's a slow public bus that runs between airport and train station. Taxis aren't cheap and can take about an hour in traffic.
In this area of the world, having the hotel arrange a transfer seems to mean that a taxi driver will have a sign with your name and might not try very hard to find you. [i've seen a number of folks misconnect with their transfer.] The taxi then takes you to the boat terminal or whatever, where you are left with your luggage to fend for yourself in the crowd. On the other end, you must search for the designated taxi driver who probably won't be anywhere near where you alight and retrieve your bags. Be sure to ask the exact details of the service offered by the hotel and verify that it seems to be a fairly decent value for you. Check the model and age of the vehicle that will be used, whether it will have air conditioning, etc.
