Erin, what is up with the breakfast? There were rumors from a couple properties that all Hilton and DT's had to have lounges by the end of this year and if they didn't diamonds were to get a full breakfast at those properties. All your competitors give their highest tiers a full breakfast, why can't Hilton? This would be a great benefit to give your diamonds.
As much as I would like a full breakfast, the highlighted statement is not correct. SPG offers their Platinum members a Continental breakfast. While some SPG properties do provide a full breakfast, many (primarily North American properties) stick with the minimally required Continental.
