I agree and also offer a full breakfast for diamonds at properties when their isn't a lounge, waive the resort fees at properties that have them for diamonds and I think most diamonds would be happy. That would put them more on par with their competition.
Erin, what is up with the breakfast? There were rumors from a couple properties that all Hilton and DT's had to have lounges by the end of this year and if they didn't diamonds were to get a full breakfast at those properties. All your competitors give their highest tiers a full breakfast, why can't Hilton? This would be a great benefit to give your diamonds.
On resort fees it would be nice to have those waived but I know Marriott and Hyatt charges them to their top tier and some SPG's do as well. The other benefits like free highest speed wifi, a guaranteed 4 p.m. checkout and a full breakfast if there is no lounge (at full service Hiltons and DT's at least) are reasonable expectation for diamonds.
