I can see them denying you the bonus if you've already gotten a Delta sign-up bonus from them, but ANY Amex card? Seriously? I have a Hilton AMEX card; if THAT disqualifies me for the bonus, then that really sucks. I would not accept the card without a bonus for signup...
Because you've used your Brower to log into you Amex account before. you should clear out delete the cookie of your Brower. or try the linke in another Brower, like Chrome, Firwfox, IE,Safari
