Since there's a wiki in the Best Cat 4 properties thread & there are FTers with Cat 1-5 certs to use, thought I'd create a similar thread for the Category 5 properties. The wiki will also make it easier for FTers to see 'at a quick glance' which properties are Cat 5s.
