A second question:

Does SK codeshare on Ottawa to Toronto/Montreal AC flights, and then from there (or from Ottawa) to LHR - if so, can one get a discounted business class fare (like the LH D fare) from Canada to LHR on SK codeshare on AC, and then SK from LHR through to Copenhagen?

Would the "D" class fare on AC metal across the Atlantic in this scenario, also earn 25% COS bonus?
