If Ruze was truly a discount airline, the fares would be cheap. Take Toronto to Vegas and compare to Southwest Buffalo to Vegas. Both non stop. Southwest gives you two checked bags free and the air fare is $400 return. Try to find that with Ruze.
Bring back AC like they did for Toronto-Bermuda.

Easy. They are a low-cost carrier, not a low-fare carrier. While they have lower costs, which could allow them to lower fares, it also gives them the option to charge the same fare with a much higher margin. Which for the airline industry is huge.
