Most people will agree to this, but the beauty and privacy of Upper deck on 747 Biz class is something else. Would definitely recommend that. The seats are same, but more storage space next to your seat on 747. But the beauty of upper deck and layout would personally trump the 777 cramped layout of 2-4-2.
