Sorry for the confusion, SQ has sleeper seats (called Space Bed, have a look at www.singaporeair.com ), but I doubt that you can combine the SQ flight with a decent business fare YOW-CPH, that's why I wrote that this does probably not help you at all.

However, LH code-shares on the SQ flight (not UA, though), you might ask your TA or call LH if the "DSPEC" YOW-CPH allows a routing through JFK/EWR.
