A-Class Refunds

Booked multi-leg domestic trip / A-class / refundable. Only traveled part of the way and called to cancel remaining legs. A week later, still no email, no refund and no idea what my refund will even be. The UA refund webpage says "processing" - do I just have to sit and wait?
