That's the same response I got as well. It's just a BS comment they make when they don't know what's wrong. It irritates me when they say it over and over after continually not receiving pre-check.
Anyway, my outbound flight yesterday had it as well. That's 3 in a row. I'm hoping the situation has somehow resolved itself. Hopefully the same will work out for you.
