Yes it's free. Think cupboard with no windows, a shower and toilet and a sofa.

In my opinion it's only worth it if you want a sleep on a long layover, otherwise have a cocktail or two at the bar, in the lounge, on the balcony or have a meal at a table in the restaurant. Or all of the above.
