I agree that it is unacceptable not to get your first choice in F, but I also agree that it is unnecessarily alarmist to say that there won't be anything edible left after the first two passengers have been served, which is not quite the same as getting your second choice.

Maybe the recently announced trial of pre-ordering meals in F and CW will fix this once and for all, although I wonder if it will go the same way as the trial limo service for F passengers. Does anyone else a) remember that, just in case I dreamt it, and b) know what happened to it? Or was it just pre-enhanced away?
