After you'd already been told by a long-standing and reliable FTer that there wasn't, I was actually trying to jog your memory to see whether you were mis-remembering a different policy about baggage (that does exist). If that is what had happened, it might genuinely have put your mind at rest to have recognised what you had been thinking about.
