PASSENGERS WHO NO-SHOW FOR A FLIGHT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A CANCELLATION AFTER DEPARTURE AND WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND OF THE FARE. CHANGES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
So if you miss your flight, you're at the mercy of BA's discretion.
