I love the location, service and spa. It's on the Yaesu north side of Tokyo station so you should head for the JR bus exit and signs after getting up from the NEX platform. The location is also good for shopping as you can do Daimaru or head into Nihombashi for Mitsukoshi, the new COREDO complex and tons of little shops in and around the MO.
The spa is small and fills up quickly. Worth booking ahead. My wife always goes there for treatment when we're in Tokyo because their therapists are just that good.
